About Tic-Tac-Toe
1. Game Overview

Players take turns marking spaces in a 3x3 grid.
One player uses X and the other uses O.

The line can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.
3. Rules

A player can only mark an empty cell.
The game ends when: A player aligns three of their symbols. The grid is full, resulting in a draw if no one wins.
